Shipping times and methods vary by product. Each listing includes specific processing and shipping details, so it's worth checking there before you order. Some items are built to order, so lead times will differ.
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and transit conditions transfers to them. I'll do my best to help if something goes sideways, but I can't be held responsible for carrier delays or losses after the package leaves my hands.
If you have a deadline or a special shipping need, contact me before placing your order and I'll do my best to help.
Returns
All sales are final. Because many items are handmade or built to order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if something arrives damaged, I want to make it right. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. I'll review it and we'll figure out the best next step together.
